Prenatal Yoga

Stretch, move, and feel more comfortable in your changing body! This prenatal yoga class offers a chance for moms-to-be to gather and relax while building strength and flexibility. The class may incorporate movement and breathing exercises, relaxation techniques, and mind-body awareness.

This class is appropriate for all fitness levels and for moms in all stages of their pregnancy.

Location: Chapel at Water’s Edge Senior Living.
Take the South entrance to get on campus. Water’s Edge is located up the hill at the back of campus, near the CAMBA Gateway trailhead. The chapel is just inside the front door.
