The Current with Ryan Ross

The Current is a strength-based, dynamic movement class. A music driven experience that combines repetitive and cyclical movements with cardiovascular work, the Current is designed to create a bridge between your subconscious mind and physical body. With each beat and every motion we build strength, and endurance and forge a deeper connection to our bodies. Open to all levels. Bring your own mat and wear sneakers.
