Tide & Table Food Truck: Winemaker Weekend Edition

We’re excited to welcome back Tide & Table food truck to Camp Cardinal for a menu crafted specially for the second installment of Virginia Wine Camp 2025. Come hungry—their fresh, seasonal offerings are perfect for a laid-back summer evening.

Arrive early or stay after your tasting to enjoy dinner on-site. Grab a seat, soak in the campground vibes and pair your meal with a glass or bottle from the Camp Cardinal Wine Shop. Wine by the glass and bottle will be available for purchase—ideal for sipping with dinner or savoring by the firepit later on.

After (or before!) your meal, dive into a guided tasting with Gauthier Vineyard featuring five of their signature wines: Albariño, Viognier, Riesling, Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot.

You’ll get to talk one-on-one with Matthew Meyer, Gauthier Winemaker, and take home a souvenir Camp Cardinal wine glass.

Two tasting times are available: 5:30 p.m. and 7 p.m.

Food, wine by the glass and bottles are sold separately.

Lodging and non-lodging guests are welcome.
