Welcome to Luminous & Soul collab!

Luminous Dance invites you to co‑create a mindful, dance experience at the stunning &Soul venue in West London. Inspired by conscious‑dance principles and held in partnership with &Soul, this special event features a DJ Gumbo spinning beats alongside spontaneous live jamming, offering afro‑inspired rhythms, world beats, and soulful harmonies. Designed as a fully inclusive, safe‑and‑sober space, every dancer is encouraged to bring their energy—whether through music, instruments, or creative presence—to shape the shared experience. With the intention of connecting body, mind, and spirit, this gathering is an invitation to express, flow, and release what’s been held in the month past, and to step into renewal and community as the new phase begins. Expect joy, liberation, soulful connection, and dance that radiates from the heart.

Breakdown

6.30pm - Arrive and warm up music/stretching

7.00pm - 2 hour dance journey

9.00pm - Wind down, closing circle and social

9.30pm - Go forth and spread the vibes

Guidelines

Please arrive on time

No footwear (only if needed)

Respect of personal space

Stay hydrated - BRING BOTTLES (non glass)

Wear comfortable clothes that are easy to move in

Phone-free space during the event

Bring instruments if you want to jam (some provided)

What makes us different from other conscious dance?

This is a co-collaboration with YOU!

Luminous Ent are ran by a BIPOC community who are dedicated to bringing diversity into the wellness space. Inspired by the lack of representation in the conscious community, we have created all-inclusive spaces where ALL ARE WELCOME - Ecstatic dances, creative classes and sober festivals are a few of the events that we've curated, but we remain open to collaborate with all who have something to contribute towards positively impacting the wellbeing of others.

Our signature conscious dance 'LUMINOUS' is held twice a month, around the full and new moon. Resident DJ Gumbo plays an eclectic mix of afro-inspired music from around the world. There will be percussive instruments throughout the space which encourage you to collaborate with us in creating the musical journey. Our fun, heart-centred experience is an expressive outlet for whatever you have been harnessing, to leave you feeling rejuvenated with a fresh injection of positive energy. We are creating an open forum for the community to input on each month’s events, sharing music that you would love to dance to (either composed by others or by yourself).
