10am • LATIN FIT
Build endurance, coordination, and lower-body strength through a dynamic mix of International Latin dance and aerobic exercises. We'll begin with Rumba-inspired warm-up focused on controlled movement and muscle activation.
From there, we progress through:
• Cha Cha – fast footwork and arm coordination
• Samba – knee-driven movement with rhythmic variation
• Jive – high-intensity drills to build stamina
We finish with a full-body stretch to cool down and recover.
[All levels welcome. Some Latin dance experience is helpful but not required.]

11am • SILVER LEVEL:
Designed for dancers looking to enhance their technique, musicality, and performance skills across the five core International Latin Styles: Cha Cha, Rumba, Jive, Samba, and Paso Doble. Each week focuses on one dance, allowing you to build precision, refine movement quality, and progress with confidence.
Prerequisite: This program is for students who have completed a Bronze-level Latin program (or equivalent). You should be comfortable with foundational movement, partnering, and timing in the five core Latin dances. Not sure if this level is right for you? Contact us for a level assessment.

ABOUT
Sergey Volkov is a seasoned ballroom dancer and choreographer currently based in New York City. He began dancing at the age of six and graduated from the Institute of Culture in 1998. In 2004, he became the Israeli Champion in Latin American dance and has represented Israel at international competitions across Europe and Asia.
Specializing in International Latin styles—including Cha Cha, Rumba, Samba, Paso Doble, and Jive—Sergey brings over two decades of experience, refined technique, and deep musicality to his teaching. His passion for dance continues to inspire students of all levels.
