Enjoy the music, meet some kindred spirits and get your day's exercise all in one. All dances taught and walked through. We dance in sets, no partner is required. Soft soled shoes, comfy clothes. No experience is assumed. This is not Highland Dance. No Highland Fling. No swords. And noooo bagpipes.
