Sanda Kung Fu Workshop 武术散打工作坊

We are running a sanda kung fu workshop open to the public - beginners welcome!

Address: 1 Norfolk Rd, Surrey Hills

Date: 30th of August

Time: 1pm to 3pm (doors open 12:30)

We will cover:
- Warm up
- Basics
- Select techniques
- Light, controlled sparring
- Open mat
- Cooldown

Please bring your own gloves, mouthguard, and shin guards if possible.

We are running the workshop for free. However, the hosting gym James CQC charges for use of their venue: unless you have another arrangement with them, the price is $10 for first time-attendees, and $30 for subsequent-time attendees (free for school/club owners and James CQC members). This fee covers access to:
- Mat space from 12:30 to 3pm
- Upstairs gym until 8pm
- Gloves and other equipment available for borrowing
- Shower and other amenities at the venue
