Dominic Franks, known as @dominthekitchen to his 725k+ Instagram followers, sparked a viral sensation in May 2023 with his first upside down bake: a caramelized onion tart. The reel garnered 40 million views and earned him 100,000 new followers overnight. Continuing to share his innovative upside-down baking creations on his blog and Instagram, Dom now presents his unique cooking style in his debut cookbook, Upside Down Cooking: LAYER, BAKE, FLIP - A Brand New Way to Cook in One Tray.
