Yoga for a Cause at The Grange Estate

Spend a day on the historic grounds of The Grange for a mini-retreat that restores your body and spirit!

We’ll offer yoga, guided meditation, and soothing sound baths throughout the day, with breaks to explore the property and visit local wellness and artisan vendors. Come for an hour or settle in for the full experience, either way, you’ll leave grounded and renewed.
