Winter Solstice Gathering

Join me for a special Winter Solstice gathering — my final class and workshop of the year. We will honour this sacred turning point with nourishing movement, yin-inspired stillness, guided meditation, and space for reflection as we release the year that has passed and welcome the return of the light. We’ll close with warming herbal tea and seasonal treats, sharing community and connection on this longest night of the year.
