Planting Seeds of Renewal

The first New Moon of the year invites us to pause, reflect and plant seeds of renewal. This nourishing 2-hour gathering is designed to help you release what no longer serves you and welcome in the intentions you wish to grow in the year ahead.

Together we’ll share grounding breath work, guided journaling, gentle feminine flow yoga, and a soothing new moon meditation. We’ll close with a simple new moon ritual and circle, sipping herbal tea in community.
