Sacred Stillness

Join Sarah and Gabi on Saturday 6th December for a nourishing afternoon of rest and renewal. We will begin with a warm welcome and opening circle before moving into a deeply restorative yin and restorative yoga practice, supported by meditation to bring balance and calm.

The journey will close with a beautiful sound healing experience led by Gabi, using crystal singing bowls and tuned pipes, allowing you to soften fully into stillness and reset before the winter season ahead.

An afternoon to pause, reconnect, and gently restore your energy in a safe, supportive space.
