Laughter Yoga

Join us for a lot of laughter and a little bit of yoga! Almost everyone thinks Laughter Yoga involves doing yoga postures and laughing at the same time when they first hear about it. Laughter Yoga is not that - it's a practice for everyone and every body! We use laughter exercises and deep breathing (pranayama) to bring a wealth of health benefits, like lifted mood, increased energy, lowered blood pressure, social connection, and many more. If you can laugh, you can fully participate - and leave with a smile.

Advance Registration of $25 by 9/10/25 required

Leigh Meredith is a Certified Laughter Yoga Teacher through Laughter Yoga International. She began her journey in laughter yoga to bring more levity and peace to her life, and has been teaching it for over 15 years. Leigh has experienced the saying, "The more you laugh, the more you laugh!"
