Relax, Stretch & Flow Yoga

Join me every Monday at 6:15 PM for a calming yoga session to pause, unwind and reset after the day.

These gentle classes are all about slowing down, moving mindfully, and giving yourself a well-earned moment of calm. You’ll flow through soothing postures, focus on the breath and sink into stillness with a peaceful Savasana to finish.

Class is open to all abilities, whether you're brand new to yoga or looking to deepen your practice, this is a welcoming space to move, breathe and let go.

Just bring your yoga mat (let me know if you need one) and a bottle of water. Comfy, loose clothing is ideal so you can move with ease.
