Join us every Thursday at 6:00 PM for a one-hour Pilates & Flexibility class! 🧘‍♀️

We’ll begin by warming up with classical Pilates exercises, then move into a mix of classical and contemporary Pilates.
Each session is designed with options for all levels. Whether you’re a beginner, intermediate, or advanced, you’ll find the right challenge for you.
To finish, we’ll unwind with a refreshing stretch to leave your body feeling open, balanced, and ready for the next day. 🌿
