Drip cake

Fancy mastering the perfect drip cake? This class covers making beautifully light buttercream, adding a crumb layer of icing to your cake, smoothing on the top icing layer, then making the chocolate ganache drip, getting creative with lots of toppings plus how to make the crazy delicious dark chocolate sponge. For the sponge I will have made the cake sponges in advance of the class, you will make and decorate a batch of frosted cupcakes with the same mixture (these cool down much quicker than a whole cake so fit in the class time!).

You will leave with the skills to make beautiful drip cakes for future celebrations, plus of course, the cake which you create on the day and your cupcakes.

This is a fun, hands on, creative day, with time to perfect your icing skills and impress your friends and family.
