This fusion of Yoga Nidra and Biofield Tuning can create an experience that is not only deeply restorative and relaxing but also transformational, helping participants access higher states of awareness, energetic balance, and emotional healing.
Restorative yoga poses will be incorporated to allow opening and softening, the use of the floor or props create positions of ease and comfort that facilitate relaxation. These positions will be supported with Biofield Tuning which is a therapeutic sound and vibrational healing modality using tuning forks. It appears to assist the body and mind out of habitual patterns of stress, imbalance, tension and facilitates self-healing.
Yoga nidra is a supportive practice to nourish and allows you to be receptive to the ability to withdraw and deepen at the same time. Yoga Nidra, is also known as yogic sleep or conscious deep sleep. It is a powerful technique which enables us to learn to relax consciously and deeply – a systematic method for inducing complete physical, mental and emotional relaxation.
These simple practices help us to let go of muscular tension, and teach us how to release fears, anxieties and phobias. It’s also a wonderful way to return to a peaceful place, wherever you are on the spectrum of health, illness, restlessness or contentment.
Spaces are limited so please be mindful when you book this class that you are able to come along.

I have always loved music. I first began using singing and songwriting for healing as a creative outlet through grief. Around the same time, I was introduced to Kirtan, Havan, mantra through Satyananda Yoga.
When we moved to Hawke’s Bay we decided to open up our home to the community to share these practices and for the last 12 years monthly on a Saturday night we have welcomed a rich and vibrant community.
The use of tuning forks was introduced to me many years ago, I chose to study under Eileen McKusick in Biofield Tuning, completing both Foundations and Practitioner trainings. My latest course was in ‘Sing the Body Electric’. More information can be found at: www.biofieldtuning.com
