Welcome to my Prenatal yoga class every Wednesday between 10-11:30am at The Yoga Space. 🤰🏻

Prenatal yoga is a specialized form of yoga designed for pregnant women, focusing on gentle stretching, breathing techniques, and mindful movement to support physical and mental well-being during pregnancy and childbirth. It can help strengthen key muscles, reduce discomfort, improve sleep, and reduce stress and anxiety. 🧡

Prenatal yoga helps strengthen muscles used during labor and delivery, such as the pelvic floor and abdominal muscles. It also improves flexibility and range of motion, which can be beneficial as the body changes during pregnancy. 🤍
