Kids yoga class 🐍🐈‍⬛🐢

Kia Ora, welcome to my animal kids yoga class every Thursday between 3:45-4:30pm at Frimley park, hastings 🐈‍⬛


Animal yoga for kids incorporates animal- inspired poses to make yoga fun and engaging for children. 🐍. It encourages them to mimic animal movements while promoting flexibility, , balance, and body awareness. 🤸🏻‍♀️

Animal yoga uses the child's imagination to connect with the natural world and create a playful atmosphere. 🐒 . It encourages movement and play while introducing the basics principles of yoga , such as breathing and body awareness. 🧘🏻‍♀️ Animal yoga can be a calming and relaxing activity for children , helping them to regulate their emotions and find a sense of peace. 🐢

All ages welcome between 4-12 years old. Parents are welcome to stay and watch or participate ! 🙋🏻‍♀️
