Kāren has performed her diverse catalogue of musical styles and workshopped a variety of topics throughout New Zealand since the early 1990’s. Highlights include collaborations with Ora.Vida.Life, Sarsha Hope, Matiu te Huki and Anahera Higgins and the festivals Prana, Luminate, Woodford Festival in AUS and the Michigan Womyn’s Music Festival in the U.S.A.
Kāren’s engaging and participatory workshop style draws from her work with Facilitation training company Zenergy Global. She holds a Masters in Music from the University of Auckland where she also taught for several years on the Popular Music Programme.
