Join us for a welcoming, informative Health & Wellness session focused on helping you manage your diabetes and take charge of your health.

Led by a Registered Dietitian from the Putnam County Health Department, this monthly group offers:
✅ Strategies for healthy living with diabetes
✅ A chance to share and connect with others
✅ Ongoing community support

🆓 Free & open to the public
📅 Meets the 1st Wednesday of every month
