Herbs and spices have been used for centuries in kitchens, apothecaries, and rituals to nourish, heal, and connect us to the world. In this hands-on series with Cyndi Gill, Certified Yoga Teacher & Community Herbalist, you’ll learn simple, practical recipes for teas, tinctures, salves, and more.

✨ October’s class: Tea Party! Picture vintage teacups, fresh flowers, and the soothing aroma of steeping herbs as we explore herbal infusions together.
