CHRYSTAL SINGING BOWLS
are used in sound meditation and healing, as their high-purity quartz amplifies and focuses sound in very high frequencies, creating long, sustained notes. These are most profound and create high vibrations, sending sound waves throughout the body, bringing harmony right into the cells through oscillation and resonance. - Think clean, clear chimes, washing over you like waves on a tranquil shore. This helps to enter a meditative state easily, and restore the body’s healthy balance.
If you are very sensitive to sound, you might want to bring something to protect your ears - the effect will be as nourishing, as the vibrations do their magic without the necessity to hear the sound.
