Living in Alignment and Flow is a soulful experience designed to help you move with intention, breathe with awareness, and reconnect with your natural rhythm under the calming energy of the night. We’ll explore what it means to align not just physically, but energetically and emotionally, creating space for flow, presence, and clarity.

Living in alignment and in the flow of life is a beautiful, beautiful thing. When those moments come, we often don’t want them to end. Many things can contend with our ability to stay present, to live anew, and to rise to higher heights. Sometimes it’s the mind that takes us out of it. Sometimes it’s reminders of things that have happened, circumstances that have passed, mistakes that were made, or emotional attachments to bygone chapters that still affect us after. The purpose of this workshop is to provide tools, concepts, facts, and wisdom to overcome the residue of the past and to reclaim more consistent access to the present and to the highest Self. Conveyance of the relevant facts and ideas, in tandem with an open discussion and note-taking format, will hopefully have you leaving the class feeling brand-new.
