Join the fun at the Harwich Community Center for a FREE Kite Decorating and Flying Event! Get creative as we provide everything you need to design your own colorful kite and then take it outside to watch it soar. There's no need to sign up, just stop by and join in. This is a first come, first served event (while supplies last!), so come early and bring your imagination.
