Aboriginal Six Seasons Degustation Lunch

$140 per seat, see discussion for sneak peak of menu. My interpretation of the Aboriginal Six Seasons. A celebration of native Australian Ingredients on the last day of NAIDOC Week. A mouth watering 7 course menu. Bringing awareness to indigenous food "Bush Tucker". A cultural gathering of Multicultural Australians, coming together to share food. There will be live Didgeridoo music at intervals throughout the menu. Every dish of the Six Seasons will include native ingredients. I will not be divulging the exact name of each course but have let you know the Starter, Second Main (a choice) & the Dessert (also a choice). Of course if anyone has a shell fish allergy, I will have an alternative for that course & need to know if anyone is Coeliac.
