Sound Bath at Sowa Goat Sanctuary

Join us for a deeply restorative sound bath experience in our beautiful yoga studio overlooking our rescued goats, sheep, pigs, and cow who call our sanctuary home. Led by licensed massage therapist and gifted sound healer Carol Rosetti, this immersive 60 minute session will transport you into a state of deep relaxation using crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other vibrational instruments.

Whether you're new to sound healing or seeking a moment of peace, you'll find serenity in the calming energy of our sanctuary and the soothing tones that ripple through the space. Let the stresses of daily life melt away as you're enveloped in sound and compassion.

A yoga mat and bolster are included in the ticket price, but we recommend bringing a pillow, blanket, weighted eye mask or any other items that will help you experience ultimate relaxation. If you would like to add on a 30 minute tour of the sanctuary after the sound bath, please click the check box next to "Tour of the Sanctuary" at checkout for an additional $10.
