Celebrate the longest day of the year with purpose and power! Join us for 108 Sun Salutations in honor of the Summer Solstice, raising funds to install a much-needed air conditioner in Classroom A at Black Creek Arts. This moving meditation is a beautiful way to connect breath, body, and intention—and every drop of sweat helps keep art (and our community) cool all summer long.
Why 108?
In yoga and many spiritual traditions, 108 is a sacred number. It symbolizes the wholeness of existence—1 for unity, 0 for nothingness, and 8 for infinity. Practicing 108 Sun Salutations is a powerful ritual to mark transition, renew commitment, and invite transformation. You can join for all or part of the sequence. All levels are welcome.
