Timber Trek

Join our park educator on a guided nature hike through Raymond B. Winter State Park to learn about the region's logging history and current forests. This hike is about 2-miles on the Overlook and Boiling Springs trails and may take about 1.5 to 2 hours to complete. This loop is mostly easy-moderate, except for about 0.3-miles of steep switchbacks in the beginning. Participants are recommended to wear durable shoes and bring water. Please meet at the Beach House!

If you need an accommodation to participate in park activities due to a disability, please contact the park you plan to visit. With at least seven days’ notice, interpreters for people who are deaf or hard of hearing are available for programs.
