Open Air Pilates with El Estudio

Join us for free outdoor Pilates this summer with renowned instructor Laura Pelinski as part of Summer Rocks in Wembley Park.

Pilates Like You've Never Experienced Before
Part of Wembley Park’s Summer Rocks season, these free outdoor Pilates classes are a great way to move, breathe and reset under the stadium arch.

Led by Laura Pelinski, founder of El Estudio Pilates on Weaver Walk, the sessions take place at the Sound Shell and are open to all levels. Expect a relaxed, welcoming vibe — no equipment needed, just wear comfy clothes and bring water.

These classes are designed for those who haven’t visited El Estudio before and can be joined once a month. It’s the perfect way to try something new in the open air.

You’ll receive a confirmation email when you book, and a reminder 24 hours before the class.

The class will be held outdoors, in the Sound Shell area during the Summer Rock programme – no need to go to the studio itself.
