For those that did not do the event last year here are some details
Cost £30.00 non refundable. All excess funds will be donated to two charities. 
Numbers are limited to 100.
Route Start and Finish - Not the pre 2018 Salcombe Marathon route !!! 
We are NOT doing the old route for the Marathon that you may be familiar with but it WILL be the same as last year 2023.
The start meeting point (to pick up the coach to the event start) and the finish will be at Lower Terawhiti Farm, South Milton, Kingsbridge TQ7 3JT 
What three words blinks.flexed.scrubber.
The coach will leave at 8am  so please arrive by 7.45 to collect your T-shirts if ordered and ferry tickets and the coach will take you to Strete Gate. The event start point.
For people making their own way to the start point IE not using the coach -this will be at Strete Gate What three words shaves.deadline.feasting.
If you are also planning on starting from here and NOT using the coach please let us know is so that we know who to expect on the coach.
Water Bottles 
Do not forget water bottles -we will provide water and paper cups at the stops but no bottles. You will need to carry your own.
SALCOMBE VERY IMPORTANT  this is check-in point for EVERYONE 
PLEASE give your name to one of the Stewards and confirm whether you are stopping here or going on to the finish. Cars or a mini bus will then collect you from here and take you back to Thurlestone when there are enough people to fill the vehicle.  If you are in any doubt as to your ability to complete the distance you MUST stop here as there are no accessible points to pick you up from after this.
The sweeper for the marathon will expect to clear Salcombe by 1.30 so if you are later/slower than this and are doing the full distance there will not be a back-sweeper. 
CHECK IN AT THURLESTONE IS ALSO ESSENTIAL SO WE KNOW YOU HAVE FINISHED.

There are toilets at Beesands, Salcombe, North Sands, South Sands and Hope Cove.
