A series of 5 workshops over 5 Saturdays from November 15th to December 13th. 10am - 1:30pm. Using the concepts and wisdom of the 5 natural elements to find life balance.
A chance to relax, re-charge and learn stress management techniques in the weeks leading up to Christmas.
What to expect:

Guided grounding meditation.
Gentle breath work and healing.
Woodland mindfulness walk.
A tea and cake break.
Emotional freedom techniques (tapping)
Art therapy - inner child style (no artistic capabilities necessary)!
Closing circle.
