Nancy Collins teaching Hollow form lentil beads in Precious Metal Clay!!

Lentil and Fine Silver metal clay class for those who have taken the beginner class or have experience with metal clay. Nancy will teach how to make hollow form lentil beads, and you will leave have made a finished piece(s) ready for firing in her kiln. You will learn how to design, texture, form and finish your pieces. You determine the size of your lentil bead(s). She will also show how to make smaller solid beads with any leftover clay. The price includes 10 grams of fine silver clay, the use of tools and textures, instruction, and firing of your pieces. Final finishing is at your discretion. The class participants will select a date/time for pickup of fired pieces and have short instruction on further finishing, such as patina. Minimum 4 people, maximum 5. Future, more advanced classes will be discussed. Student kits with tools and textures are available for use in class. Cost of class is $125. Additional 10-gram packages will be available for $25 for the ambitious! Since silver clay has gotten so expensive, Nancy needs some lead time to order supplies, so please sign up as early as possible to prevent class from being cancelled.....
