LeJog training: Last Saturday of the Month Jasper Disaster Loop. June.
LeJog training. First two days and last few days of LeJog (Lands End to John O’Groats) have a lot of elevation.

Need some hilly days.

We’re gonna do the Jasper Disaster loop on the last Saturday of the month. Jan-Jun. All welcome.

Old Fat Man rule applies (regrouping at the end of the 3 big climbs and in Ponca).
