Community Connections- Dementia Live

Presented by Hospice of Southwest Ohio Foundation, this is your chance to join their most requested community program! An immersive experience for participants to gain insight and understanding into what it feels like to live with a dementia diagnosis, as well as strategies to communicate with loved ones who have dementia.
