A Somatic Yoga Flow Experience + Energetic Activation, Integration & Release Ceremony
Flow Into Freedom is a sacred, full-body, full-energy journey back to yourself. This isn’t just a class—it’s a ceremony. A space to soften, release, move, awaken, and return to the truth of who you are.
We begin in a sacred circle, connecting to what brought you here and what you’re ready to release. You’ll write it down and place it in water, surrendering what no longer serves and opening space within.
From there, we move into a somatic and intuitive flow—to feel into our bodies and to listen to what they need to tell us. This is a space to let any emotion move through and be released, so we can reconnect with our inner wisdom and come home to our inner truth.
Then we enter the energetic activation, where you’ll awaken your life force, tap into your intuition, and receive what your system is truly ready for.
We close with a grounding integration circle—a space to connect with what’s come up, to reflect, and to receive practices that will support you as you move forward on your healing journey. This is a time to honor what surfaced and to gently create clarity around your next steps.
This experience is here to help you restore balance within your system, return to your center, and deepen your relationship with your own energy and truth.
