St. John's for First Zion: An Open House & Tour

This holiday open house celebrates the transformation of historic St. John’s Episcopal Church into a gracious home. St. John’s was constructed in the 1890s, around the same time as First Zion Baptis Church, but its congregation disbanded more recently. In this case the building was sold to private owners and underwent immediate renovation, sensitively rendered to honor its past.

When: Sunday, December 7, 4-6 p.m.

Where: 898 Washington Street, Harpers Ferry

No charge for admission, including tour, food, and beverages. Donations are requested to support our sister First Zion Church rehab project. A minimum $25 gift to the non-profit Harpers Ferry-Bolivar Historic Town Foundation is suggested, but feel free to be more generous!
