Due to popular demand... We are back for The Construction Collective networking event for July. (Yippee!)

Are you a property professional, trade, construction company, or any kind of business that is related to and/or supports the construction industry?

Do you want to expand your local network of architects, interior designers, trades, builders, etc., in and around the St Albans area?

Do you want to attend an informal networking event with people who do serious business, helping you grow your own business and expand your network?

Do you work alone within the industry and want to meet like-minded individuals?

Do you want to hear a 15-minute masterclass designed for people exactly like you in the industry to help you in your business?

The event is £20.00 (plus Eventbrite’s fees).

Our last event had a limited capacity of 30, and tickets sold out in no time! We found a new venue with a capacity of 70 and this again sold out in no time.

Clearly, the Construction Collective is the place to be.... so grab your ticket!

Our new venue is Haprenden Golf Club. And what a venue it is.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided.

I've been brainstorming the idea of launching a networking group for like-minded people within the construction, property, and trade-related fields since 2020... I've had the name penned and the Instagram account waiting to launch for three years, and I’ve finally decided—let’s actually do this!

As seasoned networkers I have passed almost £100 million worth of business to other property and trade professionals over the last few years at UTA, I know how important it is to have a trustworthy network around us, to see these connections regularly, and to build strong relationships.

I’ve seen the good, the bad, and the ugly at networking events.
I’ve run local networking events and acted as their "president" during troublesome times such as COVID, helping to grow the group and ensuring each business owner meets their financial goals.

The Construction Collective is here to bring the best of networking to Hertfordshire.

After launching a series of informal meet-ups over the past year at my studio in St Albans, I’ve seen how much people value this group. So, I am making this a monthly networking group, and an exciting membership will be launching in September 2025! (Watch this space - and come to the events now for an exclusive chance to be a "founding member!"

Info: Think of this as an old school circle time show and tell. Be punchy, be quick and give everyone a flavour of who you are. You can bring a prop too if you want. No elevator pitches just a simple - Hi this is me and this is what I do with your twist on it. Think 10-15 seconds long. Then everyone in the room can put a name to the faces and know who to chat to after.

Info: Open networking time to chat and catch up with everyone else in the room. We're a friendly bunch so if this is your first time networking then just join a group and they will look after you.
