Harvest Harmony - Sound Meditation

The ultimate well-being experience that requires no effort on your part, you simply show up and lay down to rest.

Sound Meditations are deeply relaxing, restorative and refreshing.

This one in July will begin with a short guided meditation to connect us with the energy and significance of the Celtic Cross Quarter festival, Lughnasadh, the first of 3 harvest festivals - the fruit & grain - a time of warmth and abundance - so that we can consider its meaning for us as individuals.

Whilst resting comfortably in the beautiful Kinsbourne Barn Studio, you enjoy the meditative sounds of the gong, singing bowls and other sacred instruments.
