CPR and Defibrillator Awareness Training Course

This hands-on training session is designed for local residents aged 16+ who want to build confidence in responding to emergencies.

You’ll learn:

• What to do if someone has a heart attack
• How to perform CPR and use a defibrillator (AED)
• How to put someone in the recovery position
• How to help a choking casualty

No prior medical knowledge is required — our trained volunteers will guide you step by step.

Please wear comfortable clothing, as you’ll be practising CPR techniques on training manikins.

The venue is wheelchair accessible. If you have any specific needs, let us know so we can support your participation.
