About the facilitator:
I’m Anto, I was born and raised in Argentina and came to the US almost 4 years ago.
After years of working in the business world, I felt a calling to change the course of my life into something more emotionally rewarding. This is what led me to begin studying and working as a Life Coach. It's been incredibly satisfying to support dozens of clients on their journeys to build emotional intelligence and find work they truly love.
Simultaneously, I embarked on my own personal journey, opening up to connect more deeply with my body and emotions. Connecting with my body through dance has been a game-changer. It allowed me to feel joy, alignment, and a deeper connection with myself and others.
This emphasis on connection has inspired me to integrate mind and body in service of holistic well-being. I am an ICF Certified Life Coach, NLP Practitioner, and Bioemotional Decoder. My joyful, warm, and loving energy creates a safe and transformational space for you to grow and connect.
I am deeply passionate about this work and fully intend to co-create with you a safe space to share ourselves. ♥
