Join us for Milk & Mingle, a free, family-friendly event celebrating World Breastfeeding Week at Wa-Ke Hatchee Park and Recreation Center on Saturday, August 2 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
This special event is designed to support and connect parents through meaningful conversations, wellness activities, and a wide range of local resources from Lee Health, Kids’ Minds Matter, and more.
What to Expect:
-10:30–11 a.m. – Q&A with a Lactation Consultant
-11:30 a.m.–Noon – Gentle Yoga
-12:30–1 p.m. – “Mothering with Grace” presented by a Lee Health Behavioral Health Specialist
-Vendor fair from 10 a.m.–2 p.m.
-Special appearance from the Golisano Sensory Bus
You'll also have the opportunity to connect with behavioral health professionals and lactation consultants offering practical tools and heartfelt guidance for parents and caregivers on their journey.
