Oysters at Pine Restaurant:

Traveling to Maine and the Damariscotta River along its beautiful coastline, Chef Adam found the home of some of his favorite snacks…Oysters! Working with Norumbega Oyster Inc., Pine Restaurant will be offering a selection of shellfish every Tuesday evening. Get them while supplies last. Pine Restaurant will be able to share not only this delicious snack but shellfish knowledge about where it comes from and what makes it so good!
