Lights on Afterschool 2025

Lights On Afterschool is a nationwide celebration that highlights the vital role afterschool programs play in keeping kids safe, inspiring them to learn, and supporting working families. Organized by the Afterschool Alliance, this annual event shines a spotlight on the enrichment, academic, and social opportunities these programs provide — while also advocating for continued funding and awareness. It’s a day for communities to come together and recognize the impact afterschool programs have in helping students thrive both in and out of the classroom.

This year for Lights on Afterschool we invite all FACE families to join us in wearing one of their FACE t-shirts for the duration of the day. We can't wait to celebrate with all of you! T-shirts can be from any FACE event (Summer Programs, Kids Summer Track, Recreation, etc.)
