Paragon Art Awards & Annual Meeting

The Hannibal Arts Council invites the community to a special evening celebrating creativity, accomplishments, and community spirit.

This free event is open to HAC members, volunteers, and anyone interested in learning more about the organization and its mission.

The evening begins with networking and a chance to view the current exhibits. At 7:00 p.m., the 2025 Paragon Art Awards will be presented, honoring outstanding contributions to the arts. The program will also include a brief Annual Meeting, during which newly elected and returning board members will be recognized.
