Book talk and signing by Marcia Clark

Join me on Sunday from 1-3:00 as author Marcia Clark shares her new book.

Clark has authored a book that investigates the early years of Marion, Ralls and Shelby County descendants who ventured to California during the gold rush era. The book, "Enterprising Young Men...The California Gold Rush Memoir of Robert Mason Clark", furnishes a detailed account of Robert Clark's experiences and those of others, who traversed the gold rush trail. Several names are mentioned in the journal, including Maddox, Anderson, See, Gatewood, Heckard, Gosney, and Davenport. A number of other individuals are also referenced in the journal. Notably, Clark's family has connections to the Tuley, Stallions, Gosney, and Anderson families through marriage.
