Carousel Day & Carousel Horse Mosaic Unveiling

Celebrate National Carousel Day!
Join us for the unveiling of a bejeweled carousel horse made entirely out of semi-precious stones by members of the community during the Hampton Mosaic Festival in April. Led by Hampton artist Msesippi and created with dozens of volunteers using countless stones from U-Rock, this beautiful work of art will now be part of the joy of the Hampton Carousel experience.

Enjoy free rides on the historic Hampton Carousel from 11 am-1 pm. Popcorn and cotton candy will be available for purchase, and there will be face painting by Modest Artist.

This treasured reminder of the beloved Buckroe Amusement Park is located in beautiful Carousel Park, 602 Settlers Landing Road in Downtown Hampton.
