MAT PILATES & LATTES

Pilates is a low-impact exercise modality that focuses on:
*lengthening and strengthening the body
*improving flexibility and overall mobility, especially in the hips, shoulders & spine
*promoting mind-body connection to improve posture, balance & coordination
*core engagement, targeting deep abdominals muscles that support the spine and posture
*proper breathing with controlled movements, with emphasis of quality over quantity
Your event will include an intro to Pilates, a 60 minute Pilates flow, & complimentary mocktail expresso martini!!
This event welcomes any level, whether you are brand new to pilates or have experience to this practice, whether you are looking to build strength or improve overall mobility! We would love for you to join us and see how pilates can benefit you!!
