June 18: Meditative Art workshops led by teaching artist Colleen Magnuson
"Meditative Art" will focus on the creative process using a variety of art supplies each class, including watercolors, colored pencils, and ink. Meditative Art is a therapeutic form of art. The art making process is meant to be calming from start to finish, with no final outcome in mind. The goal is to focus on the process and techniques being used and hopefully fall into a "flow state" of creative relaxation. Leave your "to-do" list at home and enjoy some art-making time to soothe your soul!
