Yoga Spa Experience

Join us for a Yoga Spa experience! Yoga, Natural Face Mask, Face Yoga and Guided Meditation on our menu as well as connection, community and delicious tea.

Let’s start our experience by being guided through a blend of invigorating yoga flow and restorative poses. This will bring our body, mind and spirit into a relaxed state!

Then enjoy making your own face mask with all natural ingredients to fit your skin's needs. We will provide all the ingredients and recipes to create your own special mask.

Before applying our face mask we will practice some face yoga! You will learn some yoga specific to stimulate facial muscles, skin and lymphatic system, improving circulation and reducing any wrinkles.

We will apply our natural face mask and find a restorative pose to relax and enjoy a soothing guided meditation as the mask works its magic on your skin.

Finish off the experience with a delicious tea and a chat to connect to your community and feel relaxed, pampered and ready for the week ahead!

Yoga mats and all props provided but do feel free to bring your favorite fuzzy blanket and socks, and get ready for self care Sunday!
